Hello, I am Rachna. I am a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach. I have professional certification in nutrition, sports medicine and meal planning.

I started out with a food blog that has loads of air fryer recipes along with other recipes and food resources, Rachna cooks.

My current blog is centered around dairy free and vegan recipes that I absolutely love.

I have grown up with Indian cuisine that has loads of vegan and vegetarian recipes. A lot of those vegetarian recipes have been adapted to vegan ones.

Whether you are looking to transition to a plant-based diet or looking to include more plant-based meals in your diet, this is the right place for you.
